Manager of Client Implementation
Nicole came to Direct Radiology in early 2012, soon after the managing partners started their new Radiologist Owned and Operated company. Nicole brought with her, years of teleradiology and patient care experience. Nicole started her career with DR as the Rad Support Manager, and after 2 quickly growing years, she transitioned over to the Client Implementation Manager in 2014. Nicole’s primary focus is developing and maintaining close relationships with the DR clients during the implementation process and then maintaining those relationships after their go-live dates. Nicole specializes in work flow implementation and the training of all radiology staff that utilize DR for their teleradiology services. With client satisfaction and highly effective patient care as top priorities, Nicole manages seamless and smooth on-boarding of new clients.
Before being employed by DR, Nicole worked for Nighthawk Radiology Services (NRS) in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, for close to 5 years. During her employment at NRS she worked her way up from Rad Support Assistant, to Operations Shift Supervisor, and before she left, Nicole was acting Manager of the Radiologist Support Dept. Nicole quickly became the Rad Support Training Supervisor and developed a successful international training program for NRS. After 2 years at NRS, Nicole also became involved in Client Implementation as a work flow specialist. She worked closely with other departments to ensure smooth and successful client transitions. She became a key player in the implementation of several other partnering radiology groups, training the staff that were brought on board by those partnerships and managed the transition of larger groups that were acquired by NRS.
Before her career in teleradiology, Nicole spent 10+ years working in the Physical Therapy field. Before her career in Physical Therapy, Nicole worked as a personal fitness trainer as she worked her way through college. She obtained her Bachelors of Science in Biology at Eastern Washington University. Nicole resides in North Idaho and loves to spend her time with her husband and 7-year-old daughter. Her hobbies include camping, hiking, and biking. Nicole is also the president and co-founder of Sophie’s Sluggers, a childhood cancer foundation. The Sophie’s Sluggers Foundation helps support local families that are battling childhood cancers.
