Margaret Kang M.D. was born and raised in New York. Dr. Kang graduated from Cornell University with a B.A. in history and then earned her medical degree at the Medical College of Virginia. Dr. Kang completed both her medical internship and radiology residency at Yale New Haven Hospital, New Haven Connecticut and then studied musculoskeletal imaging with Dr. Javier Beltran in Brooklyn, New York.
Before joining Direct Radiology, Dr. Kang was a private practice partner in Arlington, VA at the Virginia Hospital Center, where she was the section chief of musculoskeletal imaging. While her focus was on musculoskeletal imaging, she also practiced general diagnostic and emergency radiology. Dr. Kang’s 10 years of clinical experience also includes a teleradiology practice from her home in Virginia.
Dr. Kang holds the American Board of Radiology certification.
