Before joining the Direct Radiology team in March, Mandy Melnyk began her career as a Certified Radiologist Technician in a small orthopedic/chiropractic clinic in Ohio. She was soon recruited by Aris Radiology in 2016 where for three and a half years Mandy learned the gamut of teleradiology workflows. Radiologist Technical Support, Information Technology, Operations, Recruiting, and Credentialing – she’s seen and done it all in teleradiology! In June 2020, Mandy joined the Direct Radiology team as Implementation Manager with a targeted focus to help all of its new client-base get up and running in order to meet their “Go-Live” dates. She also works with existing clients to help them with expanding their services as well as seamlessly and efficiently upgrading their technology to ensure that their connection with Direct Radiology always remains fully operational and optimized for ongoing success.
Mandy lives with her husband and two fur babies (dogs) in Ohio, just minutes from Cuyahoga Valley National Park where she loves to keep an active lifestyle of hiking, biking, swimming, and doing whatever she can to be outside in the fresh air.
