Client Services Lead
Casey is the Client Services Lead for Philip Telediagnostic Management Solutions, providing management services for Direct Radiology PLLC. In this role, Casey is responsible for refining and maintaining strong client relationships, working closely with clients to assess performance and quality improvement initiatives to ensure ongoing client satisfaction, with an ultimate goal of excellent patient care.
After previously working in customer service within the teleradiology industry, Casey joined Direct Radiology the year the company was founded and has been growing with the company ever since. Throughout his time at Direct Radiology, and now Philips Telediagnostics Management Solutions, Casey transitioned in roles from radiology support lead to radiologist onboarding and IT manager, radiologist scheduling manager and most recently, as the client services lead.
