2019 proved to be a monumental year for Direct Radiology. In addition to delivering quality teleradiology services, we made some significant and exciting changes within the organization, most notably our partnering with Philips to run the business operations of Direct Radiology with a shared vision of advancing teleradiology. Together, we’re developing AI capabilities, cutting-edge analytics, enhanced technology, and innovative clinical and operational workflows. We are also working collaboratively to enhance the radiologist experience, a vision that we expanded upon during our presentation on the Forum Discussion stage at the Philips booth during RSNA 2019. For a detailed look at how we plan to improve the radiologist experience, hear the Direct Radiology Founders, Dr. Kyle Henneberry & Dr. Lawrence Bub, and Head of Diagnostic Clinical Services (Philips), Thomas DeSouza, discuss integrating leading technology and AI, enabling personalization and control of one’s work-life balance: https://vimeo.com/livdproduced/review/380946291/21d421c2a3
We are fortunate to have received high praise and an unprecedented amount of positive feedback for the direction we’re taking Direct Radiology, working with Philips to truly change and enhance how hospitals, imaging centers, Radiologists, and administration all view the practice of teleradiology. Not only are we improving and expediting radiology as a service for customers, we are focusing on solving for the challenges of today’s radiologist to improve their experience through technological advancement combined with personalization capabilities to help drive personal and professional satisfaction.
This will be a big year for us – we will be expanding our technological and AI capabilities, our services offering, and our team. We are growing and we are evolving and are extremely excited to share with you how we’re truly delivering the future of teleradiology, today. Stay tuned!
