Direct Radiology’s New Client Services Manager Casey Dragon

April 8, 2016 by Direct Radiology

casey-dragonDirect Radiology is proud to transition Casey Dragon to Manager of the new Client Services department. With this transition, Dragon brings a vast knowledge of Direct Radiology’s customer base, processes and technology.

Casey was raised in North Idaho by parents who are both nurses. While his professional aspirations started off with a focus on sports, he decided to follow his parents and pursue a career in healthcare. During his time in nursing school, Casey was introduced to teleradiology; from 2009-2011, he was part of the Customer Service Representative team at NightHawk Radiology Services (NRS). In 2012, with a set career path in sight, the University of Idaho was the next stop, where Dragon pursued physician assisting.

Soon thereafter, Casey reconnected with former NRS radiologists, Drs. Arias, Bub and Henneberry and joined Direct Radiology in its first year of business. He has risen through the company, from radiology support lead to radiologist on-boarding and IT manager, radiologist scheduling manager and most recently, the management of a new Client Services division. He has thoroughly enjoyed working closely with Direct Radiology’s clients and close-knit team of radiologist partners. As Direct Radiology continues its exciting journey, Casey looks forward to seeing what the next years have to offer. As a Client Services manager, Casey is responsible for refining and maintaining strong client relationships, working closely with clients to assess performance and quality improvement initiatives to ensure ongoing client satisfaction, with an ultimate goal of excellent patient care.

With his wife, daughters and four-legged friends by his side, Casey enjoys camping, fishing, hiking, hunting and gathering and the many other outdoor activities the Pacific Northwest has to offer.
